Manufacturer-Approved Methods

Every car seat, stroller, and wagon has its own care instructions — and we follow them.
Before cleaning, we review the manufacturer’s manual to ensure that:

  • Only approved cleaning methods and materials are used

  • Flame retardant coatings, harness webbing, and foam padding are never compromised

  • Drying is done safely, with no heat or shrinkage

  • If we ever have questions about a specific model, we contact the brand directly or refer customers to a certified car seat technician for reinstallation guidance.

Our Safe Cleaning Process

  1. Inspection – Each item is checked for damage, recalls, or manufacturer notes.

  2. Pre-Cleaning – Debris is gently vacuumed and surfaces are wiped down.

  3. Deep Clean – We apply our safe cleaning products using soft brushes and microfiber cloths.

  4. Sanitization – All contact surfaces are cleaned to remove bacteria and buildup.

  5. Air Drying – Items are air dried completely to preserve padding and fabric quality.

  6. Reassembly & Final Check – Everything is reassembled per the manufacturer’s guide.

We also sanitize our tools and work area between every cleaning, so your items are never exposed to cross-contamination.

What We DONT Use

To keep your child’s gear safe and compliant, we never use:

  1. Bleach or alcohol-based disinfectants

  2. Harsh solvents or stain removers not approved for fabric use

  3. Steam or heat drying methods

  4. Machine washing of harness straps or buckle components

  5. Your gear’s materials are treated with care — and your manufacturer’s warranty stays intact.

Our Safety Promise

We treat every item as if it belonged to our own family.
Each service comes with a Safety & Product Report that lists the cleaning solutions used and confirms that all care was completed according to brand guidelines.
